Benvenuti in Italia means “Welcome to Italy”

My name is Luigi “Gino” Borriello.

Food has always been a passion for me. I grew up in a culture where family (famiglia) and food could barely be separated. I have fond memories of my grandmother making her pasta from scratch. It was her pasta. Only hers. You could not buy it.

Each family brings their own tradition, tastes and each are known for the specialty that only they can bring.
